Parking available Free parking onsite - there is a ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) system in place. During Surgery opening hours to ensure you don’t get a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) Fine, when you arrive to use Medical Services at St Clare Medical Centre please register your vehicle number plate using the white computers available upon entrance to the building. This will allow you to park fine free whilst using St Clare Medical Centre site for the duration of your appointment or enquiry. Any Patient who has parked their vehicle and then walks away and leaves the St Clare Medical Centre site to visit other areas of Penzance will be issued with a fine, as parking is only available to patients for the duration of their medical appointment.
