First pair of Glasses from our kids and teens £65 range and Adult £70 range and below are free with an under-16s’ NHS optical voucher and come with Specsavers single-vision lenses with a scratch-resistant treatment and UV filter. Plus, under-16s get a free NHS-funded eye test.
If your first pair of glasses are from £65 and above you can get a second pair from the same price range or below from £10.

First pair of glasses from kids and teens £65 range and adult £70 range and below are free with an NHS under 16’s optical voucher – higher priced frames can be chosen and you will be charged the difference. First pair of glasses chosen must be from our £65 price range and above to qualify for the second pair from £10 offer. The second pair must then be from the same price range or below. Any second pair of glasses from our £90 range and under will be £10, and from our £100 range and above will be £20. Additional charge for extra lens options. Why you should have your child’s eyes tested soon
Thankfully, serious vision problems during childhood are rare, but having your child’s eyes tested at an early age allows our opticians to diagnose and treat any potential issues as soon as possible.
At Specsavers, we understand the importance of eye health and clear vision at all ages, including the young. A child’s first eye test should take place at around three years old. They don’t have to be able to read, thanks to special charts, shapes, picture books and other exciting materials that the optician can use instead.
