A full hearing check and assessment

The first step is for our hearing experts to have a thorough check of your hearing in store. This will provide the basic information we need to determine if a hearing aid would be beneficial. Rest assured we don’t suggest hearing aids if you don’t need them and we won’t recommend models that don’t suit your hearing loss or lifestyle needs.

If you decide to go ahead with purchasing a hearing aid, we’ll do a thorough hearing assessment which helps us determine the style and model of hearing aid you prefer/require and then programme it to your exact requirements. We’ll also ask you some questions to make sure the hearing aid you choose works with your lifestyle too.

We offer the latest hearing technology in all our hearing devices. We have branded ranges and our own Specsavers Advance range which is produced by world-leading manufacturers. All of which come with a Specsavers price tag and always for a pair of hearing aids.

Aftercare Included*

For your peace of mind, after you’ve bought your hearing aids, we will be on hand whenever you need assistance with them. We want to make sure you are fully supported on your journey with us, you are also free to visit us for advice on your overall ear healthhearing aid maintenance and any adjustments to your hearing aid settings.

Four years’ supply of batteries

For non-rechargeable hearing aids, you’ll need to change your hearing aid batteries. With our aftercare service, you have access to a four-year supply of batteries at no additional cost, so you never miss out on the sounds that matter the most.

From invisible to discreet receiver-in-canal styles, there’s something to suit every style and hearing loss. Our hearing aids are available in a range of colours to blend into your hair or skin tone, or you can go bolder with fashionable metallic styles available on some models.

Four-year warranty on aids and wireless accessories***

We offer repairs for your hearing aids and wireless accessories (like TV streamers) at no charge for four years from the date of purchase.

Our hearing aid warranty also covers your hearing aid(s) and wireless accessories, against malfunction, breakdown and faulty workmanship.

Pre-fit wax removal****

When you come in for your hearing assessment, we’ll see if you need wax removal before your hearing aids are fitted to make sure your ears are clear and ready. If you do need wax removal, we’ll give you a voucher worth the cost of earwax removal to go towards your hearing aids. Available for private customers only.

Remote Assistance (RemoteCare and remote fine-tuning)

If you are in need of hearing advice or support, we can provide you with a RemoteCare appointment service either as a phone or video call between you and one of our audiologists.

We also provide a remote fine-tuning service where we can remotely change the settings of your hearing aids through your mobile phone, meaning you don’t need to come to the store to have small adjustments made to your devices. Making it a safe and convenient way to alter your hearing aids.
