Terms and conditions

Our Best Value Guarantee Price Promise means that we will refund you double the price difference upon valid submission of a cheaper written quotation for a pair of comparable hearing devices and extras. The following conditions apply:

1. Best Value Guarantee Price Promise is only available to individuals with a verifiable and valid written quotation from a UK retail store obtained within the previous 60 days. It does not apply to quotations obtained from retailers only operating online and others where the customer has not been seen in person. The submission of published prices and/or copies of published prices will not be accepted. We will accept verified claims either before you purchase comparable hearing devices at Specsavers or if you have purchased comparable hearing devices from Specsavers within the last 100 days.

2. Best Value Guarantee Price Promise will only apply to written quotes for a pair of comparable hearing devices. By comparable we mean hearings devices that are identical in terms of brand and model but not fitting style and with a comparable package including a free face-to-face hearing test or hearing check from another retail store, examination of the ear canal and ear drum, with a comprehensive history and hearing assessment being taken in accordance with professional standards and guidance, aftercare included, four years’ free batteries (for non-rechargeable options) and a four-year warranty.

3. The written quotation must be an original (no copies) and the price must be available to the general public. The price being available to the general public means that any hearing device price reductions only available to certain people (for example employees) will not apply as they are not available to the wider public. It can be submitted in person at a Specsavers store or via email (to the email address your local store provides to you).

4. Specsavers will verify the validity of the claim within 30 days.

5. If your claim is successful Specsavers will refund you double the difference when you purchase the pair of hearing devices from Specsavers. For example, where a valid quotation is £50 less than the Specsavers price for the comparable pair of hearing devices, the refunded amount will be £100.

6. Customers with a valid and verified claim before the time of purchase will have the difference refunded by way of discount on the price of the pair of comparable hearing devices at the time of purchase at Specsavers.

7. Customers who have already purchased the pair of comparable hearing devices at Specsavers within the last 100 days, and who have a valid and verified claim, also qualify. These customers can return to store where they will be refunded the purchase price and recharged the discounted price.

8. Specsavers reserves the right to refuse any claims it deems to be not genuine or not submitted in line with these Terms and Conditions.

9. Best Value Guarantee Price Promise cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

10. Specsavers reserves the right to withdraw this Best Value Guarantee Price Promise without notice.
