I was not kept waiting at any time. My appointment was on time which is a refreshing change and all staff members were more than happy to help.
The friendly nature of the members of staff I met and spoke to, which particularly helped calm my nerves. I've never been for an eye test before, at least not by myself or in recent memory, so I wasn't sure what to expect but the staff there helped me feel calm.
