The staff. They made a huge effort to ensure that I had my new glasses before I went into hospital 10 days after ordering.
The service overall. Good selection of glasses and the optician very kindly listened while I had a little main about my experience pre visiting spec savers with the bank and the awful service I recieved there. I work in the customer industry and take pride in how I look after my customers. I can honestly say I felt just as looked after at my visit to Specsavers Horley as my customers feel visiting where I work. Thank you all
