Audiology services are available by appointment. Please book an appointment or call your local store for more information
To ensure your safety and to provide the most appropriate appointment for you, one of our colleagues will call you to understand your needs. If you suffer from hearing loss and are finding it hard to communicate or hear clearly, please let a member of our staff know so we can provide assistance in-store.
We want to keep everyone safe, so you are invited to wear a face covering when you come to see us. If you (or anyone in your household) have COVID-19 symptoms or have had suspected/confirmed COVID-19 within the past 14 days, please call us and we will rearrange your appointment.

Once you’ve booked, we'll contact you for more information so that we can minimise the time you need to spend in store. You are invited to wear a face covering.
