Each time I have entered the store I have been very impressed by the positive attitude of the staff. They all give me the impression that they enjoy their work, are well trained and efficient. I collected my glasses on a Saturday when the store was very busy, but was served immediately and only had to wait a minute or two before being taken to an area to complete the process.
