Person‑centered care
We know that every resident is unique. Our home visits colleagues are specially trained and sensitive to their complex needs, adapting eye and hearing care as appropriate. Plus, we’ve partnered with Dementia Friends to make sure we provide the best support in every single interaction.A quick, responsive service
Getting an appointment is quick and easy, and we give you the flexibility to move things around if you need to. If you ever need a repair for a resident, you won’t be left waiting – we aim to respond to requests within 24 hours (during trading hours).End‑to‑end support
Consider us an extension of your team. We take care of all the paperwork for you, especially when switching providers. You can rely on us to send timely reminders when residents are due for a check, ensuring nothing is missed.Post‑visit support
Need to keep families updated? With permission, we will happily communicate directly with residents’ families so you don’t have to. Our goal is to equip your care team with the resources to succeed. That includes providing a pack with full details of the test, prescription and useful information for seamless, high‑quality care between our visits.
Complete care for residents
Hearing tests
Our experienced audiologists visit the care home directly, allowing residents to receive a complete, professional hearing test in the comfort of their care home. If our service is available where you are, we’d be delighted to arrange a convenient visit.

Residents are eligible for a home visits eye test if they have a physical or mental condition that stops them visiting one of our stores unaccompanied.
If a resident is unable to leave the care home unaccompanied due to a physical or mental illness or disability, we could come to the care home to carry out a free private hearing test.
In some areas of the UK we also offer an NHS‑funded hearing service. This includes an NHS‑funded hearing test, new hearing aids, and aftercare for up to three years. These visits are subject to meeting the local eligibility criteria.
