Our home visit service does not operate in the Channel Islands and Isle of Man. * Income Support, Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance, Income-related Employment and Support Allowance or Pension Credit Guarantee Credit
*The Domiciliary Pricing Supplement is charged for sales of glasses carried out in a domiciliary environment. It reflects the increased costs involved with delivering a domiciliary service to customers, such as making individual visits to deliver and adjust glasses in peoples’ homes.
We do not apply the charge for our initial visit and provision of the free NHS-funded eye test. We do not apply the charge if there is no need for glasses. We also do not apply the charge to our £25 or £45 ranges when you have a full NHS optical voucher, allowing us to provide fully funded glasses to qualifying customers.
