If you have any concerns about your hearing, our free online hearing check will give you a better idea about whether you need to come in to see one of our audiologists. You can do this test as many times as you like to check your hearing is as good as it can be, but if you ever need a full check or want to chat to an audiologist just book an appointment.
What will the online hearing check look for?
Once you have your headphones sorted, you’ll listen to a series of tones in each ear. This will show us which frequencies you can hear well, and which ones are proving a bit tricky. You might not even realise that there are some pitches and tones that you struggle to hear.
Depending on the severity of your hearing loss we can advise you of the next steps. Of course, this online test is in no way as comprehensive as one we would do in store with a hearing professional, but it is a good first step.
Hearing loss
Hearing loss affects more people than you might realise, which is why we offer full hearing checks with our qualified hearing aid audiologists and in-store hearing screeners for free.
But we know that admitting to yourself and your family that your hearing isn’t what it used to be, can be a big step. Our free online hearing test can be done discreetly whenever you have a spare five minutes. Once you’ve completed it, we’ll send you the results by email.
By providing your personal data during the online hearing test you consent to Specsavers processing it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
