* Full aftercare refers to in-store tuning, adjustments for comfort and support with managing hearing devices, all of which are conducted at no charge.

We want you to feel confident with your purchase - to be able to try the latest technology and realise how much benefit a new pair of hearing aids can bring to your life. To do that, you need to wear them, which is why we offer a 100-day money-back guarantee (the hearing aids must be in the same condition as how they were sold with all packaging and accessories intact). 100 days is from the date of fitting.
***Four-year warranty covers repair to hearing devices, excluding those faults caused by accidental damage.
**** Pre-fitting wax removal refund voucher entitles customers who have paid £55 for wax removal in store or as NHS home visits customers, or who have paid £85 for private home visits wax removal, within the last 30 days to a refund of the amount they paid as the cost of the wax removal service fee when buying hearing devices. The 30 days is from the date of purchasing hearing devices. This £55 or £85 (as applicable) is discounted from the price of any hearing device package. Applies to named person and at the named Specsavers store only. Cannot be exchanged for cash or used with any other offers or vouchers.
