If you need to come in to see us, we’ve added some additional safety measures in our stores to make sure all our customers and colleagues are as safe and comfortable.
Advice by phone or video
Rather than coming into store, we might suggest that you speak to our experts by video or over the phone with RemoteCare. It’s free to use and you don’t need to be a customer of ours to use it.
If you need to top-up your supply of contact lenses or hearing batteries, or you need some new glasses – you can now buy them online. To order your glasses, we’ll ask you to fill out a form and give you a call back to check everything is good to go before we send them out to you.
