You can buy contact lenses from us either in store or online, but first things first: do you have a contact lens prescription? It’s not the same as the prescription for your glasses, so you need to make sure you have an up to date one before you can buy any contact lenses.

Frequently asked questions
Most people who need glasses can also wear contact lenses, including those who are short‑sighted, long‑sighted, require a reading prescription or have an astigmatism. However, contact lenses require a specific contact lens prescription, as factors such as eye health, lens fit and comfort need to be assessed.
A contact lens assessment will confirm whether contact lenses are suitable for you and which type is best for your eyes and lifestyle.
Easycare is a monthly direct debit scheme that makes wearing contact lenses simple and stress‑free. It includes your contact lenses, regular aftercare appointments, and additional benefits such as free standard solutions (where applicable).
Your lenses are delivered straight to your door, so you never have to worry about running out.
Yes. To join our Easycare contact lens subscription service, you’ll need a valid contact lens prescription issued by Specsavers. This ensures we can supply the correct lenses safely and provide ongoing aftercare to look after your eye health.
If you don’t currently have a Specsavers contact lens prescription, you can book a contact lens consultation in‑store.
A contact lens consultation is needed if you’re new to contact lenses or changing lens type. It checks that the lenses fit correctly, feel comfortable, and provide clear vision.
A contact lens health check is a routine check‑up for existing wearers, usually carried out every 12 months, to ensure your lenses are still fitting well and your eyes remain healthy.
If you’re an Easycare member, your contact lenses are automatically delivered to you as part of your plan.
If you’re not on Easycare, but have bought contact lenses from us before, you can re‑order contact lenses online, in‑store, or by contacting customer support, as long as your contact lens prescription is still valid.
