Specsavers x Padel

Court credit must be redeemed by 31 July 2026. One free padel game includes court hire and equipment for four people. Available to new contact lens subscribers only. Limited time only, while court credits are available.

1. Eligibility

The offer is available to new Specsavers Contact Lens subscribers only subject to the exclusions listed below. 

To qualify, customers must:

• Sign up to the Specsavers Contact Lens subscription in a participating Specsavers store (for details of which stores this includes please visit https://www.specsavers.co.uk/contact-lenses/padel
• Complete an initial three-month subscription payment upfront.

Existing contact lens subscribers, previous contact lens subscribers, Specsavers employees, and employees of participating padel clubs are not eligible.

Only one free padel game plus equipment hire is available per eligible new subscriber. A “free game of padel” entitles the holder to one padel court booking of 60 minutes’ duration only. Where venues offer longer booking slots (for example, 90 minutes), the free game applies strictly to a 60-minute booking and any additional time must be paid for by the customer.

2. The Offer

• Eligible customers will receive a one-time voucher for one free game of padel (for up to four players in total) at participating padel clubs in London.
• The voucher will be issued in the form of a bespoke Specsavers-branded redemption card.

3. Participating Clubs

The free game can only be redeemed at padel clubs listed below and on the dedicated campaign landing page.

Participating clubs may change during the promotional period. Availability is subject to each club’s standard booking terms, conditions, and court availability.

4. Redemption and Booking Process

To claim the free game, customers must:

• Contact their chosen participating padel club directly using the details provided below.
• Present the physical redemption card (provided in Specsavers store following sign up to the contact lens subscription) as proof of eligibility at the time of booking or upon arrival at the padel club.

The redemption card must be handed to padel club staff at the time of redemption. Bookings are subject to court availability at the chosen participating padel club. Lost, damaged or stolen redemption cards will not be replaced.

5. Limitations and Conditions of Use

• One redemption per eligible subscriber.
• The offer covers the cost of a single court booking only (for up to four players) and the hire of any equipment in order to play (if needed).
• Additional players or supplementary services will incur additional charges payable directly to the padel club.
• Coaching, refreshments or add-ons are not included unless stated by the club.
• The redemption card holds no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
• The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts offered by participating padel clubs.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations and rescheduling of padel court bookings is subject to the relevant policies which vary by club.
• Participating clubs reserve the right to charge cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with their policies.
• Specsavers is not responsible for any fees applied by clubs as part of their booking policies, or if you cancel your booking and are unable to re-book.

No-show policy: If a court is booked using the free game of padel voucher and the customer fails to attend the booking, the voucher will be deemed used and void. The booking cannot be re-arranged or refunded, and the customer will forfeit their entitlement to a free game.

7. Responsibilities

Specsavers is responsible for:

• Managing contact lens subscriptions
• Issuing redemption cards
• Confirming customer eligibility

Participating padel clubs are responsible for:

• All aspects of court bookings
• Venue access
• Equipment provision (if required by the players)
• On-site health and safety
• The customer experience during the padel session.

8. Customer Queries

Queries relating to contact lenses, subscriptions, eligibility or redemption cards should be directed to the customer’s local Specsavers store or Specsavers Customer Services.

Queries relating to bookings, facilities or on-site policies should be directed to the relevant participating padel club.

9. Data and Privacy

No personal data will be shared between Specsavers and the participating padel clubs as part of this offer.

Any personal data collected independently by Specsavers or participating clubs will be handled in line with each organisation’s existing privacy notice.

Redemption cards do not contain personal data.

10. Validity Period

Redemption cards are valid until 31 July 2026. The expiry date will be printed on the card and stated on the campaign landing page.

Bookings must be made and completed before the expiry date.

Specsavers reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time, but not after a valid redemption card has been issued.

Exclusions

The following exclusions apply:

• The offer is limited to new Specsavers Contact Lens subscribers only.
• Existing contact lens customers, or those who have previously been a subscriber are excluded.
• Any Specsavers employee or employee of a participating padel club are also excluded.
• Only participating padel clubs listed below and on the campaign landing page are eligible. Any padel clubs outside the partnership are excluded.
• Coaching sessions, refreshments or any additional services are excluded unless otherwise stated by the participating club.
• Duplicate or multiple redemptions will not be accepted.
• Lost, damaged or expired redemption cards cannot be replaced.
• Offer is valid for up to four players per booking. Additional players or court extensions are excluded and will incur additional charges in line with the charges made by the relevant participating padel clubs.
• The redemption card has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for any other services offered by the relevant participating padel club.
• Lost, damaged or expired redemption cards cannot be replaced.
