Frequently asked questions

How do I register for My Contact Lenses?

After you’ve completed your contact lens trial and you’re happy with your lenses, we’ll set up your My Contact Lenses account. You’ll receive an email with details on how to log in but, if you prefer, your account can be set up in store.

Head to our website to access your My Contact Lenses account using a smartphone, tablet or computer.

When you’re there, just follow these steps:

1. Enter the email address that you gave us in store.

2. If it’s your first time logging in, you’ll be asked to create a password.

3. You’ll then receive a code by email to verify your account.

4. Finally, you’ll be asked to enter your date of birth.

Why am I am not receiving my password reset email when logging into My Contact Lenses?

First, make sure you’re using the My Contact Lenses site to login and not your online ordering account.

Second, check that the email address you’re entering is the one you gave us in store or used for previous logins. If not, call our contact centre or your local store and we’ll update it for you.

How do I know if I have a My Contact Lenses account?

All existing easycare customers, and customers over 16 who’ve completed their free trial since January 2023, will be able to set up their My Contact Lenses account. Enter your email address at the login, and if your email address is registered to our store systems, you’ll be able to enter your existing password or set up your new account.

How do I know what email address is associated with My Contact Lenses account?

Your email address will be the one that you registered with us in store. This will also be the email address where you receive emails from Specsavers.

Can I change my email address associated with My Contact Lenses account?

You can. To change your email address, please speak to your local store or call our contact centre to update your account.

How is My Contact Lenses different from easycare?

easycare is the name of our contact lens subscription package that is paid via a monthly direct debit. My Contact Lenses is the name of the platform you use to manage your easycare package. It allows you to update your details, order top-ups, skip deliveries and much more.

What’s the difference between my online order account and My Contact Lenses account?

An online order account is for customers who have purchased glasses and contact lenses online. Customers can view their order history, payment methods and re-order their products.

My Contact Lenses is for customers who have been in store, completed their contact lens trial and want to manage their contact lenses hassle-free.

Why can’t I login to My Contact Lenses?

You may be using the wrong email address and/or password, so check those are correct first. Also, make sure you’re not logging in to your online order account instead of your My Contact Lenses account. If you’re still struggling, please contact your local store or our contact centre.

Can all contact lens customers use My Contact Lenses?

My Contact Lenses is available to all new customers who received an active fit from 4 January 2023, and all customers who have an easycare subscription. easycare customers under 16 or whose bill is paid by someone else aren’t eligible to use My Contact Lenses. However, they may be able to access My Contact Lenses through a family account. Contact your local store for more details.
