I think it's important for members of staff to have a wide knowledge of the product(s) in their stores and in ways that they can help somebody. Everybody did and that's one of the reasons it was such an easy, nice process. Also, everybody seemed to have the right attitude towards their work. You can go to some stores and just tell that the staff are fed up with their job/don't care for it/they're not happy doing it, I didn't get a slight impression of any of that from any of the members of staff.
I am a teacher and the optician mentioned that they sometimes do work in schools. I will definitely be looking into this
Time- i didn’t have to wait long for my test. Friendly staff that knew what they were talking about. I liked the hand over from the option to the lady sorting out frames.
