I’m always pleased with your staff, they are always knowledgable and helpful. I find that there is always plenty of staff to help. Good choice of frames for all budgets. Easy to get an appointment. I think that Specsavers is a brilliant customer focussed brand, please don’t cut back on your staff, and continue to keep things the way they are, it works.
The welcome especially in a pandemic. The receptionist, the optician for the the test and explaining everything in a clear and pleasant manor. Making me feel comfortable in a pandemic and being professional in everything. Picking up my glasses the lady was as helpful as could be from the moment I walked in from my first visit and the moment I left on my second visit it was professional and pleasant at all times
