Staff are friendly and helpful. Optician was very approachable, and inspired confidence. I was very grateful for her advice. I was very impressed by the quality of the equipment used, especially the field vision tester and the scanner. Having recently experienced similar testing at an NHS clinic, there is, sadly, no comparison. The NHS equipment was barely useable. My field vision test was perfect at Specsavers, but came out as suspect on the NHS machine. The scan was particularly effective, as there is glaucoma in the family.
I was very pleased with the new test that was once only available with a referral to the NHS-I was pleased to pay a very reasonable 10£ and to know that I will be followed up with sensitive technological images at each of my eye exams.
Very friendly staff, I was given lots of time to choose frames and the whole process was explained very well.
