In two words, "customer service." I was very impressed indeed with the efficient way in which my appointment was progressed. The separate stages of my appointment, from being greeted to ordering my new spectacles, flowed seamlessly, without any significant waiting between each step. I was kept informed of what was happening at each stage and all the staff I interacted with engaged with me in a pleasant and helpful way. At no time did I feel I was just another client - I truly felt that I was being treated as an individual and that I was important. I was particularly impressed with the staffing levels - I counted about 20 staff on the floor and felt that your store was like a beehive - buzzing with activity - which made me feel that I was in the right place for my needs.
I felt that the staff had a genuine concern about making sure that I understood all the tests being done and why . The optician went further in explaining the photos of my eye and answered the questions I had .
Very quick delivery of both pairs of glasses. I was seen on a Wednesday and collected both pairs on the following Monday, having had a message left on my phone saying they were ready. A really impressive service!
