Specsavers’ gender pay gap report

Specsavers was founded on the value of ‘treating people as we would like to be treated ourselves’; and ensuring we enable all of our people to be the best they can be, no matter who they are, is critical to our success.

While the gender pay gaps we are reporting in 2017 are not a result of paying men and women differently for similar roles, the activity has highlighted the difference in the numbers of men and women in the highest and lowest seniority levels of each of these businesses.

We are committed to addressing these gaps and have already started rolling out an ongoing programme of activity to champion a more diverse and inclusive culture across Specsavers.
