The advice I had from the optician I talked to early on in lockdown was most helpful, and we agreed to watch and wait, but with the option of a visit if there was any deterioration (probable posterior vitreous detachment). It is excellent to have very competent opticians who can handle a lot more than just the refraction! And staff who work well together.
