Additional charge for extra lens options. easycare direct debit scheme: Package valid until your membership ceases by the cancellation of your direct debit payments or after your prescription ceases to be valid (usually two years). Three months’ free contact lenses can only be redeemed when you sign up for the easycare direct debit scheme at the time of purchasing the glasses. Cannot be exchanged in whole or part for cash. Three months’ free contact lenses provided upfront. Our staff members will inform you what your monthly subscription charge will be following the first three months of free lenses. Payment will be taken by direct debit from month two of your subscription and every month thereafter. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation must be at least 30 days prior to delivery in order for a payment to be refunded. Subject to suitability and eligibility. No refund is available for eyecare already provided. All easycare package benefits will be redeemable following your first direct debit payment (month two of the subscription) including your eye test.
