Yeovil saw a wave of pink from Specsavers as staff dressed up and baked sweet treats to raise £380 for Breast Cancer Now.

On Friday 23 October, Specsavers in Yeovil, located at 50/52 Middle Street invited people to come and try homebaked goods, with all contributions going towards the breast cancer research charity.

Store director Jerry Shrubb says: ‘We were keen to stand out and up for the charity. ‘Breast Cancer Now helps thousands of women across the UK and we felt obliged to play our part by joining others in the “wear it pink” day. We wanted to share this day with our local community, inviting them instore to try our baked treats so that they could join us in helping to make a difference.’
