The team at Specsavers in Worcester looked spook-tacular for Halloween as they swapped specs for broomsticks as part of a fundraising day for Breast Cancer Now.
Staff offered more treats than tricks with games including; ‘guess the number of eyeballs in the jar’, (the chocolate variety) and ‘count the cats’ – raising more than £70 on the day for Breast Cancer Now.
‘Halloween has always been a key date in the diary for the team to conjure up some ghostly goings on in a bid to raise funds for charity and this year was no different,’ said store director Alan Richards. ‘Thanks to everyone who supported us with our ghostly efforts.’
Breast Cancer Now is the UK’s largest breast cancer charity, created by the merger of Breast Cancer Campaign and Breakthrough Breast Cancer, dedicated to funding research into this devastating disease.
