The team of Specsavers audiologists at the Wood Green store in the High Road have secured a top accreditation in recognition of the quality of the services they provide.
The store has been awarded the Improving Quality in Physiological Services (IQIPS) standard by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service.
Meeting professional standards
The accreditation assesses services against professional standards across four domains; clinical, safety and facilities, workforce and patient experience.
It is designed to raise standards for people undergoing tests and examinations like eye tests and hearing tests.
Nilufar Basit, store director at Specsavers Wood Green, said: ‘We are really delighted to have achieved this accreditation, which came after a great deal of hard work by the team.
‘We pride ourselves on delivering a high-quality service to all of our customers, so to have this externally and independently recognised is wonderful and provides even greater reassurance that we are the perfect first stop for all your hearing care needs.’
