A youngster from Wolverhampton had something to smile about over the festive season after winning a window display competition at Specsavers.
The store hosted a variety of fun activities for children to get involved in the window display last month, including a ‘spot the frames’ competition to celebrate the launch of the latest Disney range, Moana. Zach Godfrey, aged 9, was chosen as the winner and was invited into the store to receive a stocking filled with a Finding Dory annual and chocolate goodies.
A word from the store director
‘Visiting the opticians can be a little daunting for children who might not have had a sight test before, so we decided to hold a few activities for them,’ said store director Hasan Abdulla. ‘We had lots of children take part and they loved trying to spot as many frames as they could in the window display!’
