Specsavers in Wishaw has received a high profile industry award in recognition of its outstanding people management standards.
The store on Main Street received the Platinum Employer honour for the fantastic employee experience it provides.
As an externally validated accreditation scheme, Specsavers’ Platinum Employer aims to raise the bar of people management standards by focusing on five key areas - talent management; recruitment and induction; performance management and reward; learning and development; and employee communications and engagement.
Stores are reviewed periodically across these areas – and the Wishaw team recently picked up the glittering honour.
