Specsavers in Weymouth is celebrating the addition of a new dedicated testing room for hearcare and the arrival of a new audiologist who joins the team full time.
First customer fitted with hearing aids
Delighted to be the first customer at the store in its new capacity of a hearcare hub is 68 year old Mrs Jean Davey. Jean said: 'I had previously worn hearing aids provided by the NHS, but decided to upgrade and come to Specsavers for an advanced pair that offer greater technological features. For me, it's worth the investment."
New extended services to help customers
Specsavers in Weymouth is now offering its audiology services seven days a week. The move has been designed to cater for the Weymouth community, providing greater accessibility to its professional service and quality hearcare products.
April Foulger, who will head up the audiology department, said: ‘I am delighted to join Specsavers in Weymouth. Over a number of years, the team has cemented its reputation as the go-to place for optical services in the local community, 7 days a week.'
Number one choice for audiology
April continued: 'The standard of audiological service has always been high at our Weymouth stores but by attaining hearcare hub status, we can provide further guarantees to customers that the standards of healthcare are second to none and will be more specifically tailored to our customers’ needs.'
