The West Wickham store may be just getting over its 10th anniversary celebrations but this clearly hasn’t affected the levels of customer service on offer.
Julie from West Wickham was full of praise for store manager Christine Harris for her handling of what could have been a rather difficult situation.
She said: ‘l contacted yourselves last week with a complaint about the service I had received during a telephone conversation with a member of staff at your West Wickham branch.
‘I received a prompt response from Christine in which she expressed her sincerest apologies and helped to resolve the situation with minimal fuss. She was extremely helpful and I now have the lenses I need until my next batch is delivered. Please pass on my thanks and appreciation of her help with this matter.’
