Specsavers staff in the Westway Cross store have received glowing feedback from one of their customers, who took to the web to describe his experience.
Following his visit to the store, the customer said: 'I unfortunately sat on my spectacles when getting in to my car, causing a twisted frame and lens dropout.
'I called in at your branch in Greenford-Westway Cross, expecting bad news about them, but your team member, Dave Godleman managed to restore them to a perfect condition and I am truly grateful for his assistance in this matter.
'He really was most helpful and cheerful and I would appreciate it if you would ensure that my comments are relayed back to him and also to those who are responsible for service in your stores. Superb customer service - thank you.'
