The Washington opticians has raised over £135 for Macmillan Cancer Support through staff donations.
Funds were collected in store and staff organised a raffle to raise the sum, as well as selling books in store which were kindly donated by customers.
The lucky winner of the raffle was awarded with a luxurious hamper full of goodies including chocolate and confectionary.
Claire Elliott, store director at Specsavers in Washington, said: 'It was a great way for staff to raise funds for such an important charity.
'The raffle was very popular and I am proud we managed to raise a considerable sum – the winner was delighted and we were proud to support Macmillan.
'Our aim is to continue our fundraising efforts throughout 2018 for worthwhile charities like this one.'
