‘I have been at Specsavers in Warminster since the store first opened in 1989,’ Monica explained. ‘I’ve seen many customers come and go, and it has been wonderful to get to know and work alongside such a close team over the years.’
Dedication to customers and colleagues

Retail director Paul Rich, has been in the store for 14 years, and commented: ‘The store has changed a great deal over the years; we offer a wide range of both optical and hearing services to our customers, as well as the expertise of long-serving staff like Monica and Patricia,’ Paul adds. ‘More recently, we have become the only opticians in the area to have an in-store lab service, allowing for orders to be made up on-site and for much faster turn-around times. We are always looking for new ways to improve our service.’
‘Monica and Patricia’s dedication to customers and to fellow colleagues is certainly reflected in their 56 years of service; they are an asset to the team,’ Paul added. ‘It is important to us that our staff provide excellent service, and it is also important to us to support our team and help them develop. We are delighted to have such loyal members of staff.’
