Specsavers in Wandsworth went above and beyond to attend to the needs of a customer going through a difficult period last month.
Thomas from Wandsworth wrote in to thank staff at the store for attending to him after he suffered a nasty fall and smashed his specs.

‘I had a visit to your store today – best service I have had in a long time. From the moment I went in I was treated with the upmost respect.
‘The lady who carried out my eye test was very professional and respectful, as I had a bad fall a few days before and broke my glasses and had injuries around my eyes. This was no problem at all to her, and the young lady who assessed me afterwards was also a professional at her job.
‘Thanks again for the good service you carried out today. Please pass on my thanks to your staff at this branch. I shall also be passing this on to my friends and let them know about the excellent service you provide.’
