Specsavers in Wallington is celebrating after being announced as the winner of the best store in south west London award at the annual Specsavers London regional meeting this month.
The opticians, located in Woodcote Road, was one of many Specsavers stores in the running for the hotly-contested accolade. Specsavers Wallington just pipped the competition after being recognised for going through a huge transformation this year.
Hard work undertaken by staff and store directors Jonathan Butterworth, Charnjit Dhaliwal and Amber Rachyal has led to great customer service interaction scores, business growth of 19% and patients being offered insight that is ‘second to none’.
The award was presented to Jonathan Butterworth by Specsavers regional relationship manager Mark Paine during a ceremony held at the London Stadium on 1 November.
Hard work pays off
Jonathan said: ‘We are delighted to have been named as the best Specsavers store in south west London. The award is testimony to the hard work and dedication put in by the team over the last few months, and we’re striving to get even better to improve the service we offer to our customers.’
