A lucky Specsavers customer from Uckfield has won a £500 cash prize – just for providing her local store with feedback about her experience.
Hannah Feliniak was over the moon to receive her cheque from store director Badrinath Mohandas and ophthalmic optician Dimple Mehta.
Customer feedback matters
Every Specsavers customer who completes the Maze survey and chooses to leave their contact details is entered into a monthly national draw. The survey collects feedback from customers to help stores improve their service for complete customer satisfaction.
Badrinath said: ‘Customer feedback really matters to us, so we are delighted that Hannah took the time to let us know about her visit – and that she has won a fantastic cash prize as a result.

Christopher Green, who works at the Uckfield store, was also awarded a £500 cash prize for delivering great service alongside Badrinath and Dimple.
