The team at Specsavers Tunbridge Wells are celebrating the news that the store, in Mount Pleasant Road, has been accredited as a Platinum Employer.
The accreditation means that the store has been externally validated as a great place to work by HR specialists Korn Ferry Hay.
Great people management
Platinum Employer status means that high standards are being met across a number of different aspects of people management.
These are training and development, employee engagement and communications, recruitment and induction, performance management and reward, and talent management.
Ian Hyland, store director in Tunbridge Wells, said: ‘We already believed we were a great place to work, because our staff choose to stay and develop with us. But to be externally recognised as a great place to work is terrific.
