Specsavers Tunbridge Wells has recently invested a lot of time in better supporting customers with glaucoma in store.
The entire retail team at the store, in Mount Pleasant Road, has recently completed glaucoma training designed by the International Glaucoma Association and Specsavers to help staff advise customers on the shop floor on how to make effective use of their eye drops.
Committed to development
Ian Hyland, store director in Tunbridge Wells, said: ‘We are really committed to developing our team to best support all our customers, so this course really was a no brainer for us.
‘Eye drops are really critical to glaucoma management, so if you suffer from the condition and need a little help please come and see us.’
