Specsavers Tunbridge Wells has recently trained a team of eye health ambassadors to offer customers even more support on the shop floor.
Thanks to a new training course designed by the Royal National Institute for Blind People (RNIB) and Specsavers, customers will be able to get advice on their eye care needs from retail staff at the Mount Pleasant Road store before they even see the optometrist for their eye test.
A word from the store director
Ian Hyland, store director in Tunbridge Wells, said: ‘We are committed to delivering our customers the best possible service from the moment they walk into our store.
‘That is why we were so keen to train as many of our team as quickly as possible – and we know our customers are already feeling the benefit.’
