The new Specsavers store in Tottenham is going from strength to strength, just three months after opening in the High Road.
Same day appointments
It is seeing up to 40 patients for eye tests on busy days, but can still offer same day appointments in many cases – which is great news for customers.
For adults, the bestsellers so far are designer glasses from FCUK, Balmain and Jeff Banks.
Eye tests for kids
The store has seen a massive increase in the number of eye tests for kids since it opened. This is great news too, because experts say that children should have an eye test every two years from the age of three.
And there are a great range of glasses in the Tottenham store for them too. This includes four new bold and bright styles from Crayola, which are fresh in store this month.
A word from the store director
Aayan Gunasingam, store director in Tottenham, said: ‘Our customers seem to be delighted with the service provided in store, and with the range of glasses available.
‘We are really pleased to see families coming into the store and getting tested together, as early eye tests can be really beneficial in helping children develop. They appreciate being able to look at the fundus pictures – of the inside of the eye – that we offer to all patients.
‘We would like to thank the local community for being so welcoming to us, and look forward to continuing to serve you.’
