One lucky Specsavers Tewkesbury customer is now the proud owner of a cardboard cut-out of pop princess Kylie Minogue, after winning her in a charity raffle.
The store sold raffle tickets for £1 each to help raise money for their nominated charity, the Cleft Lip & Palate Association (CLAPA). Mark McLean was picked at random as the winner and now has his very own version of the Aussie songstress.
‘We had the Kylie cut-out in store from her frame range re-fresh earlier in the year and thought raffling it off would be a good way to raise some money for CLAPA,’ said store supervisor Carly Merriman. ‘The response was pretty good which is a testament to Kylie’s popularity even after all these years!’
