The team at Specsavers Swanley are celebrating the news that the store, in Swanley Shopping Centre, has already achieved Platinum Employer status – despite the fact that it has been open for less than a year.
The accreditation, externally validated by HR specialists Korn Ferry Hay Group, shows that the store is a great place to work.

It has achieved high standards across a range of areas of people management, thanks to the efforts of the store team.
These are recruitment and selection, talent management, reward, employee engagement, training and development, and performance management.
Ian Hyland, store director in Swanley, said: ‘The whole team has worked really hard to achieve this accreditation so fast. Special thanks has to go to our hard-working store manager Jade Collins, without which it really would not have been possible.
