Customers who visited the Specsavers store in Swadlincote from Monday 27 to Friday 31 October were treated to a spook-tacular week of activities.
The team celebrated Halloween by sprucing up the store with ghostly decorations and running a colouring competition where children got creative with spooky images to win a pot of sweets.
The week culminated on Friday 31 October with staff raiding their fancy dress cupboards, transforming themselves into a group of gruesome ghouls.
The store also teamed up with other stores in Swadlincote to organise a pumpkin hunt. Children were able to search for letters hidden on pumpkins dotted around the town and could then spell out the winning word to get a prize.
Rajesh Patel, store director at Specsavers in Swadlincote, said: ‘Halloween is a great opportunity for us to invite families in to the store to have some fun. It was great to see the colourful artistic creations from our younger customers and of course, we all loved the gruesome ghouls who came to visit us in the store on Halloween.’
