A very happy customer recently submitted a positive story about the customer service she and her son received at the Stranraer store.
‘I would just like to say a big thank you to the staff in the store. I was in today with my four-year-old son, who can get quite scared of things like eye drops and doctors. The staff were all so understanding and made sure he was not upset or scared.
‘I would like thank the woman who took pictures of his eyes before the test, and the two women who put drops in his eyes and carried out the test.
‘I would also like to thank Kate, who was really lovely, and helped him choose his glasses. The help and support of staff definitely helped make the experience fun.’

Store director Elaine Hawthorn was delighted with the feedback. She said: ‘We’re so happy that this customer took the time to tell us about her son’s time in store. It’s vital that children have a good experience when they’re starting to have eye tests, as it will encourage them to attend regular eye health check-ups as they grow up.
‘Our customers are at the heart of the business, so providing them with a consistently high level of service is vital.’
