Customers and passers-by were offered Specsavers goody bags in Stourport in exchange for charitable donations for the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB).
Members of the team from Specsavers in Stourport put together 200 goody bags and sold them for £1 each. Each bag included: a balloon, a golden ticket voucher for half price frames, a specs case, lens cleaner spray and a frisbee.
Store director Tim Reeves, said: ‘We are always keen to raise money for charity and are extremely passionate about eye health, so helping to fund RNIB’s wonderful work is extremely important to us. It’s a great way for us to give something back and we’d like to say thank you to everyone who bought a goody bag.’
