Specsavers in Stourport-on-Severn has been praised by a customer for the safety measures in place at the store.
After a recent trip to the store, a customer expressed how impressed she was with the changes to help keep both customers and staff safe, as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. These changes include making appointments in advance where possible, ensuring frames and all equipment are thoroughly sanitised before and after each use, all staff wearing appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment), limiting the number of customers in store and card instead of cash payments where possible.
A word from the store director
‘We understand that customers may have concerns about coming into the store but their safety and wellbeing, plus that of the whole team, is paramount,’ said Specsavers Stourport-on-Severn store director, Emma Singh. ‘In line with NHS recommendations and Public Health guidance, we have numerous safety measures in place, which we hope will put customers' minds at ease when visiting the store.’
