Specsavers Stirling is showing its support for Strathcarron Hospice by running a spec-tacular summer competition.
Suitcase filled with goodies
Specsavers Stirling is offering customers the chance to win a suitcase filled with summer goodies through a charity raffle draw. Entry is £1, with all proceeds going to Strathcarron Hospice.
Susanne Akil, store director, said: ‘We are keen to continue our support for Strathcarron Hospice and its valuable work. To get people in the mood for summer we wanted to kick off our fundraising activity this year with a fun competition.
‘We hope that customers and passers-by will continue to support us as we try to raise as much money as possible.’
The top prizes inside the suitcase include a pair of designer sunglasses from Specsavers worth up to £125 – perfect for looking stylish in the summer months. Other prize goodies include summer essentials such as an inflatable flamingo, beach towels, snorkel mask, cool bag and a luggage strap – all ideal for a sunny beach holiday or staycation.
The store is a longstanding supporter of Strathcarron Hospice, hosting fundraisers throughout the year to raise vital funds, whilst promoting awareness of the work the hospice carries out. This work includes special palliative care services, as well as home visits across Forth Valley, Cumbernauld and Kilsyth.
