Local opticians Ross Scanlon and Kieran Jukes recently attended St Andrews Chorus coffee morning to support their fundraising efforts.
Specsavers in St Andrews hosted a stall offering eye and hearing care advice while being on hand to help spruce up attendees’ frames by performing glasses MOTs.
Ross Scanlon, store manager of Specsavers in St Andrews, said: ‘We are very proud of our affiliation with the St Andrews Chorus and aim to support them the best we can.
‘Our partnership has been in place for almost 7 years and we were delighted to attend their recent event and spend time engaging with our local community.’
A resounding success
Richard Burns, Vice President of St Andrews Chorus, said: ‘Our latest coffee morning was a resounding success with a fundraising total of £900.
‘The type of concerts which St Andrews Chorus has become famous for are quite costly and fundraising events, like our recent coffee morning, are invaluable. I’d like to thank everyone from stall holders to organisers and attendees who made it happen.’
