I don't usually give feedback
I don't usually leave feedback however I was so impressed by your staff in the Staines Two Rivers store today that it would be a shame if I didn't. I'm gutted that I didn't catch everyone's name!
'As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted by a lady who took me to reception and was more than polite, friendly and informed in what she was doing. I had to wait less than 5 minutes to see the optician who again couldn't be faulted and made me feel completely at ease by the fact she knew completely what she was doing and couldn't have been more friendly.
'He then took me downstairs explaining to her colleague that I needed my glasses as soon as possible and again, I can't fault the way I was dealt with in any way. I did catch this person's name (Conor) who was more than helpful and again faultless with the service provided, taking the time to listen and offer advice, recommendations and info.
'I hope there is some way this feedback can be cascaded down to the store or at least the store managers as I feel they need to be congratulated on their staff!!! I wouldn't hesitate to return to the store and will recommend in every way possible. Thanks again - 11/10.'
