A team member at Specsavers in Stafford has been praised for outstanding levels of service by a customer. 

‘My teenage son broke his glasses yesterday and just before the store closed, we called in and were served by Dave. 

‘The service we received was excellent! I've always found Dave to be friendly, courteous, and a credit to Specsavers, especially so on this visit. 

‘On this occasion, he couldn't fix the glasses, but said he could order new frames which would be in within 2-3 days, with minimal cost to me. To my surprise, in less than 24 hours, Dave called me to say the frames were in, and as soon as I arrived in store, he swapped the lenses over and ensured they fit. 

‘It's the best customer service I've received in ages, and Dave should be recognised for his excellent work.

‘Thank you – you’ve restored my faith in the service industry!’
